SHIPPING POLICY
At Royal Travancore Spirits, we aim to ensure prompt, secure, and fully compliant delivery of all alcohol orders. Please review the following shipping guidelines carefully.
Wholesale Orders
All wholesale orders are invoiced and dispatched by Royal Travancore Spirits under its valid wholesale liquor licence.
Wholesale deliveries are arranged via approved courier services or other transport methods, depending on customer location, order size, and logistics availability.
Retail Order Redirection
All customers placing retail alcohol orders will be automatically redirected to a website managed by Bigbazar Australia for the purpose of completing retail purchases.
All retail sales, supply, and dispatch of alcohol are conducted exclusively by Bigbazar Australia, either through its managed website platform and/or from a Bigbazar Australia retail store, under Bigbazar Australia’s valid retail liquor licence, and in accordance with all applicable Australian liquor laws.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within the following timeframes:
Standard Shipping: Within 2 business days
Express Shipping: Within 1 business day
Important: Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been successfully cleared.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Age Verification & Delivery Requirements
All alcoholic products require age verification and a signature upon delivery.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the package may be redirected to the nearest:
Australia Post Office
Courier depot
Approved courier partner collection point
Valid government-issued photo identification may be required at the time of delivery or collection.
Bigbazar Australia reserves the right to refuse delivery or cancel an order if age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email.
If you do not receive tracking information, please contact our support team.
Dispatch & Licensing (Retail Orders)
All retail alcohol products are supplied and dispatched in Australia by Bigbazar Australia under its retail liquor licence:

Retail dispatch is conducted strictly in accordance with the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (VIC) and all other applicable Australian liquor laws.
Legal Compliance
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (VIC), it is an offence:
To supply or deliver alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $19,000);
For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $800).
